REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Each artwork sold on Dystopic Studio is an original, one-of-a-kind piece, carefully produced and handled directly by the artist.

For this reason, returns are accepted only in specific and justified cases, as outlined below.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Β Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery. If the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at: info@dystopicstudio.com Include clear photos of the packaging and the artwork so we can properly assess the issue. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund.

ReturnsΒ 

Returns are not accepted for: One-of-a-kind original artworks Sold or reserved works Custom or commissioned pieces Each artwork is final sale unless damaged during shipping or delivered incorrectly. European Union – Right of Withdrawal (grassetto) In accordance with EU regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, only if the artwork is returned in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To request a withdrawal, please contact us in advance at: info@dystopicstudio.com Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
